Key Responsibilities:
- Teach mathematics to middle school students, including concepts in arithmetic, geometry, algebra, and data analysis.
- Develop engaging lesson plans that comply with the Cambridge International Curriculum and foster an understanding of mathematical principles.
- Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to encourage growth and understanding.
- Implement interactive learning strategies and use technology to enhance the mathematical learning experience.
- Collaborate with other faculty members to integrate mathematics with other disciplines and participate in curriculum development activities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Education with a math concentration, or a closely related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of teaching experience, specifically at the middle school level.
- Strong knowledge of mathematics curriculum and teaching methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate and inspire students.
