Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Science to primary students, creating engaging and informative lessons that spark curiosity and enhance understanding of scientific concepts.
- Develop lesson plans that align with the Cambridge International Curriculum, incorporating hands-on experiments and interactive science activities.
- Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support student learning.
- Collaborate with other teachers to integrate science education with other disciplines.
- Participate in professional development workshops and contribute to the school community.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Education, or a related field; additional certification in Primary Education is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years teaching experience in a primary educational setting, with a specific focus on Science.
- Strong knowledge of primary science curriculum and best practices in teaching scientific concepts to young learners.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Enthusiasm for science and teaching, with a commitment to developing innovative educational strategies.
