Key Responsibilities:
- Teach mathematics to primary school students, ensuring that the curriculum aligns with the Cambridge International Curriculum.
- Develop engaging and effective lesson plans and instructional materials that cater to different learning styles.
- Assess and record student progress and tailor lessons to meet students’ individual learning needs.
- Foster a positive and nurturing classroom environment that encourages students to develop a love for mathematics.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance interdisciplinary learning experiences.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Education with a mathematics concentration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in a primary school setting.
- Strong understanding of mathematical concepts and how to teach them to young learners.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Proficiency in using technology to enhance learning and engagement.
